(Griswold) Most schools across Iowa are starting classes today. At Monday’s meeting, Griswold Superintendent Dave Henrichs gave the school board a list of open positions. Henrichs says most of the openings are coaching positions.
Henrichs says one of the legislative changes this past session allows school districts to use up to five days or 30 hours of virtual instruction. His assumption is these hours would be used for snow days.
The district will not use virtual snow days unless we have a terrible winter.
