(Audubon) The Audubon City Council approves the purchase and finance agreement for the former Audubon State Bank building. The City Council’s approval followed a public hearing at a special city council meeting on Monday evening.
Audubon City Clerk Joe Foran says his office and other city agency offices will be moved into the building.
The City is buying the property for $150,000, financed by the Bank at a ten-year loan at a four-percent annual interest rate.
