(Atlantic) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports seven arrests as the result of a lengthy investigation into the distribution and use of methamphetamine in Cass County.
Connie Marie Nichols was arrested June 15th for Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.
Catherine Josephine Charles was arrested July 12th for Delivery of Methamphetamine.
Anthony Ray Hernandez was arrested July 13th for Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine and Failure to Affix Drug Tax Stamp.
Karen Dawn Hernandez was arrested July 13th for Sponsoring a Gathering Where Controlled Substances are Used and Sold.
Brandon Ray Larson was arrested July 13th for two counts of Delivery of Methamphetamine.
Julie Ann Peters was arrested July 13th for Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine and Failure to Affix Drug Tax Stamp.
Joshua Dean Peters was arrested July 14th for Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine and Failure to Affix Drug Tax Stamp.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law
