(Creston) The Creston Police Department arrested 44-year-old Brady Gale Richert on Saturday for Public Intoxication 1st Offense, Disorderly Conduct-Fighting/Violent Behavior, Harassment 2nd Degree-Threaten Bodily Injury, and Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order. Richert was held in the Union County Jail on $1,900 cash or surety bond.
Creston Police arrested 25-year-old Clayton Levi Miller, of Des Moines, on Saturday on a Union County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled-Substance Marijuana 1st Offense. Miller was taken to the Union County Jail where he was later released on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
