(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests.
On Friday at around 8:35 p.m., deputies arrested a 17-year-old juvenile for simple assault. Officers cited the minor in court, and were later released to a parent.
On Saturday, at around 1:17 a.m., Montgomery County Deputies initiated a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Highway 48. During the investigation, deputies arrested 57-year-old Kevin Michael Reavis of Red Oak for OWI’s 1st Offense. Deputies transported him to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $1,000 bond.
