(Atlantic) Atlantic citizen and landlord Theresa Hohenberger appeared in front of the Atlantic City Council on Wednesday, concerned about the condition of the rental properties in Atlantic.
Hohenberger says she isn’t the only person concerned about this issue.
Hohenberger and her husband James have a motto if she and James would not live there, they would not rent it out. Hohenberger added they would pay to form a group, making it mandatory that every rental in town has inspections.
Hohenberger understands landlords must rent to these families if they work in Atlantic.
Atlantic City Administrator John Lund says a few ideas are percolating, and he says people will see a lot of traction soon.
