(Atlantic) Atlantic Mayor Grace Garrett Swore in new Atlantic Police Office Forrest Fromm at Wednesday night’s City Council meeting.
Officer Fromm grew up in Bellevue in eastern Iowa. He joined the National Guard when he turned 18 and is currently a Staff Sergeant and Squad leader for his unit. Fromm was deployed to Doha, Qatar, between 2020 and 2021, where he served as Team Leader. He previously worked for the Ankeny police department and attended the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy in 2022. In his spare time, Forest enjoys being outside, hunting, and fishing.
