(Creston) The Creston Police Department reports two arrests and one incident.
Police arrested 44-year-old Bree Meredith Whipps of Carlisle on Saturday at the Creston Union County Law Enforcement Center. Officers Transported Whipps to the Union County Law Enforcement Center on a warrant for Forgery. Authorities later released her on a $5,000 cash bond.
Police arrested 38-year-old Kathleen Ann Pieken of Creston at her residence on Sunday on three counts of child endangerment, depriving necessary care. Officers transported her to the Adams County Jail and later released her on a $6,000 cash bond.
Kylee Marie Anderson of Creston reported that someone entered her unlocked vehicle and took her keys and FM transmitter. The loss is estimated at $70.00.
