(Griswold) Griswold pitcher Karly Millikan reached another milestone in Monday night’s 12-0 win over Stanton in (6 innings).
Millikan pitched the shut out, allowing no runs on three hits, and recorded her 400th career strikeout, with nine last night.
Offensively for Griswold, seven batters scattered 11 hits. Kate Tischer was 3 for 4 with 2 RBI and scored one run. Whitney Pennock and McKenna Wiechman were both two for four with an RBI. Wiechman hit a triple, and Pennock added a double, scoring twice. Karly Millikan, Dakota Reynolds, Abby Gohlinghorst, and Addison Adams each hit singles, and Adams and Gohlinghorst drove in two runs.
The Tigers are now 14-0 and travel to CAM for a non-conference softball game tonight.
