(Adams Co) The Adams County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dustin Ray Kilgore on Saturday following the report of a possible assault in the 400 block of 6th Avenue in Prescott. Kilgore was charged with Burglary 1st Degree, Domestic Abuse Assault 3rd Offense, Assault While Participating in a Felony and five counts of Child Endangerment. Kilgore was transported to the Adams County Jail and held on no bond until a magistrate is seen.
Jeffery Allen Knapp was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault 1st Offense following the report of a possible assault in the 1300 block of 260th Street in Nodaway. Knapp was transported to the Adams County Jail and held on no bond.
A 16-year-old was given a juvenile referral for Minor in Possession of Alcohol following a traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 34 and Highway 148. The juvenile was released to their parents.
