Mills County Sheriff’s Report

(Mills Co) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports eight arrests between May 19^th and May 25^th.

Amy Marie Vance, 44, of Council Bluffs, was arrested May 19^th on a warrant for Failure to Appear on a Sentencing Order. Vance was held on no bond.

Ciarra Nicole Rainey, 23, of Malvern, was arrested May 21^st for OWI 1^st Offense. Bond was set at $1,000.

Joseph Steven Tyler Harris, 33, of Sidney, was arrested May 22^nd on a warrant out of Fremont County. Bond was set at $10,000.

Joseph Ray Hedrick, 59, of Council Bluffs, was arrested May 22^nd for Domestic Abuse. Hedrick was held on no bond.

Chad Michael Hill, 45, of Red Oak, was arrested May 22^nd on a warrant for Failure to Appear on a charge of Driving While Barred. Bond was set at $2,000.

Joshua Dean Cooney, 38, of Villisca, was arrested May 23^rd on a warrant for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $7,000.

Seth Ryan Peters, 34, of Council Bluffs, was arrested May 24^th on a warrant for Harassment 1^st. Peters was held on no bond.

Bret David Hauptman, 41, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested today (May 25^th) on a warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Driving While Barred. Bond was set at $5,000.
