(Creston) A Creston woman suffered injuries in a two-vehicle accident on Monday.
The Creston Police Department says the accident happened at 12:49 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 34 and Sumner. Police identified the injured person as 27-year-old Jerrie Michelle Boothe.
According to the report, Boothe was driving a westbound 2000 Saturn on Highway 34 approaching the intersection, turned left, and was struck by a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado pickup driven by 27-year-old Jose Luis Carreon of Creston. Boothe complained of neck pain and was taken to Greater Regional Hospital in Creston.
Police cited Carreon for not having proof of financial liability.
