(Red Oak) Saturday evening officers with the Red Oak Police Department arrested 49-year-old Jerry Lee Dawson of Red Oak in the 400 block of E Grimes Street in Red Oak on an active Montgomery County, IA warrant for violation of parole. Dawson was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and is being held on no bond.
Also on Saturday officers with the Red Oak Police Department arrested 36-year-old Sarah Kay Reafieng of Red Oak in the 200 block of S 8th Street in Red Oak. Reafing was arrested on active Adams County warrants for failure to appear for possession of controlled substance-marijuana and three counts of child endangerment. Reafieng had a separate warrant through Adams County for failure to appear original charge possession of paraphernalia. Reafieng was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail being held on $1000 bond.
