(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 68-year-old Patricia Hartigan of Papillion, Nebraska, following a traffic stop near Highway 34 and Ironwood Avenue. During the investigation, an Officer found drug paraphernalia in her possession and transported her to the Montgomery County Jail.
