(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports four arrests.
Fernando Villa-Diaz, 39, of Atlantic, was arrested Monday on a Failure to Appear warrant. Villa-Diaz was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Austin Van Aernam, 27, of Atlantic, was arrested Friday on a warrant for Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree. Van Aernam turned himself into the Cass County Jail where he was booked and subsequently bonded out.
Amanda Bashor, 46, of Atlantic, was arrested May 11th on a Failure to Appear warrant. Bashor was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release.
Christopher Holz, 42, of Lewis, was arrested May 9th on the charge of Domestic Abuse Assault – 1st Offense. Holz was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
