(Red Oak) On Saturday around 10:47 AM Officers of the Red Oak Police Department were called to the 1200 block of E Summit St. for a report of a fight in progress. Upon arrival and investigation Officer arrested Cole David Rinehart 36 for Harassment 3rd Degree and Simple assault. Rinehart was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $300 cash bond.
