(Des Moines) According to the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission, which monitors the ongoing probe, there’s no evidence of match-fixing or suspicious wagering in the University of Iowa, Iowa State University gambling investigation, looking into at least 41 current student-athletes at the two universities. Sports gambling is legal in Iowa, but the NCAA bans players from participating due to conflicts of interest.
