(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested two men on theft charges.
Kevin St. John, 48, and Matthew St. John, 22, both of Anita, were each arrested on March 30th on warrants for Theft 2nd Degree and Unauthorized use of a Credit Card. Both men turned themselves in to the Cass County Jail where they were booked and later released on bond.
The Sheriff’s Office arrested 45-year-old Jessica Craddock, of Benton, on March 24th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Craddock was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held.
Sotonas Aten, 26, of Atlantic, was arrested March 23rd for Driving While Revoked. Aten was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
