(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 37-year-old Jacob Wayne Dykes-Vargas on Monday in the 2200 block of Highway 48 on drug possession charges.
Police transported Dykes-Vargas to the Montgomery County Jail on charges of possessing a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Vargas also had a Pottawattamie County Warrant for violating his probation.
Dykes-Vargas is held on a #$10,000 bond.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Red Oak Police Department with the arrest.
