(Des Moines) The Iowa House is considering a bill that would allow carbon dioxide pipeline companies to get permission from landowners on at least 90 percent of the route if they want to use eminent domain. Another bill ready for debate will force schools to expel a student if they are removed from class for being disruptive three times in a semester.
