(Des Moines) Sixty-two percent of Iowans surveyed oppose Governor Kim Reynolds’ educational savings accounts law that will give families nearly 76 hundred dollars per student to pay for private school tuition. According to the Des Moines Register/Mediacom Iowa Poll, 34 percent of Iowans favor the measure. The law is expected to cost the state more than 340 million dollars annually once fully phased in.
