(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40-year-old Anthony David Smith, of Red Oak.
Smith was arrested Friday at 10:50 a.m. in the 500 block of Reed Street on two bench warrants for Violation of Probation.
He is being held on $40,000 bond.
