(Glenwood) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 33-year-old Joseph Steven Tyler Harris.
Harris, of Glenwood, was arrested Wednesday morning on a warrant for Enticing a Minor under age 16 and Lascivious Conduct with a Minor.
