(Audubon Co) The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.
James Fulk, 44, of Atlantic, was arrested January 28th for Driving While Barred and Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd. Fulk posted bond the next day and was released.
Barbara Riley, 42, of Exira, was arrested January 31st for Driving While Barred. Riley was released on her own recognizance and will appear before the magistrate at a later date.
Nathaniel Halterman, 44, of Atlantic, was arrested February 1st on an outstanding Violation of No Contact Order warrant. He was also charged with Interference with Official Acts. Halterman appeared before the magistrate and was held on bond, which he later posted and was released.
