(Denver) Morgan Will, of Wiota, had a very big week at the National Western Stock Show in Denver, Colorado, this past week.
Mogan was one of the 117-Steer exhibitors from across the U.S. and Canada. Her steer, “Olaf” weighing in at 1499 pounds, finished first in one of twelve classes and earned a spot on the carpet for the championship drive on Thursday. Wills’ steer didn’t win, but just as impressive, “Olaf” made the championship sale of all animals at the show and received a sale price of $10,500.00.
The Grand Champion Steer from Colorado brought $200,000.
Morgan is the daughter of Cody, and Amanda Will.
