(Anita) The CAM Education Association and the School Board exchanged their opening budget proposal at Monday’s School Board meeting.
CAM Schools Superintendent Paul Croghan. On another topic, Croghan says the Facility Committee held its first meeting on January 4. The district’s student enrollment has declined by 30 in the past two years, and the board is looking at ways to cut costs. The committee is addressing the possible reduction in student centers.
The CAM School Board asked Croghan to contact three-to-five architectural firms, and the board will set a date to interview each firm. Meanwhile, the Facility Committee meets on the first and third Wednesday of the month. The next meeting is scheduled for January 18 at 6:00 p.m. in the CAM North Cafeteria.
