Atlantic Police Arrest Report

(Atlantic) Atlantic Police Chief Devin Hogue released the latest arrest report from December 22 through January 3.

 The Police Department made the following arrests:

 December 22, 2022-Mark, Benser, 29 of Atlantic for Public Intoxication, Interference with Official Acts and Trespass 1^st. He was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked in and held.

December 26, 2022-Takauo, KR, 26 of Atlantic for Public Intoxication.  He was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked in and held.

Narios, Barnes, 50 of Atlantic for Going Armed with Intent and Use of Dangerous Weapon in the Commission of a Crime. He was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked in and held. (More information coming soon)

December 27, 2022-Michaels, Amanda, 42 of Atlantic for Public Intoxication. She was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked in and held.

December 28, 2022-Gangwer, Nathaniel, 22 of Atlantic for Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled or Revoked. He was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked in and held.

December 29, 2022-Glade, Todd, 44 of Atlantic for Driving While Barred. He was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked in and held.

December 31, 2022-Christensen, Amy, 54 of Atlantic, was cited in court and released for Criminal Mischief 5^th Degree.

January 1, 2023-Sam, ST 20 of Atlantic for Public Intoxication. He was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked in and held.

*Marino, AM, 19 of Atlantic for Public Intoxication. He was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked in and held.

*Mark, Eric, 37 of Atlantic for Domestic Abuse Assault. He was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked in and held.

January 2, 2023-Chanson, Hans, 31 of Atlantic for Burglary 2^nd Degree, Assault Causing Bodily Injury, Criminal Mischief 4^th Degree, and Public Intoxication. He was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked in and held. (More information will be coming soon)

January 3, 2023-Shotwell, Katrina, 37 of Atlantic on Cass County Warrants for Tampering with Records and Violation of Compulsory Education 2^nd Offense. She was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked in and held.
