Adair County Sheriff’s Office reports Seven Arrests

(Greenfield) The Adair County Sheriff’s Office reported seven arrests from December 26 through December 31.

*On December 26, deputies arrested 45-year-old Ismael Prieto Hipolito of Des Moines on the eastbound Interstate 80 on ramp for 3^rd offense, OWI. Deputies transported Hipolito to the Adair County Jail and released him on bond.

*On December 28, Stuart Police arrested 37-year-old Justin Lynn Brock of Des Moines for 1^st-degree theft and cited him for providing false information to a Police Officer. Officers transported Brock to the Adair County Jail and held him on a $10,000 bond.

*On December 29, deputies arrested 33-year-old Kenny Joe Cunningham of Greenfield at the Adair County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear.

*On December 29, Adair Police arrested 35-year-old Kimberly Marie Bauman-Worth of Atlantic on Interstate 80 near the 83-mile marker. Deputies transported Bauman-Worth to the Adair County Jail on charges of OWI-3^rd Offense, Driving While Revoked (OWI), Assault on Law Enforcement, and Others (non-injury), and Interference with Official Acts.

*On December 30, deputies arrested 54-year-old Dianna Marie Ricketts, of Perry, Iowa, at 28985 Thin Blue Lane in Adel, on an arrest warrant.

*On December 30, deputies arrested 20-year-old Oscar Manuel Ramirez Betancourt of Thornton, Colorado, on exit 97 eastbound Interstate 80 off-ramp for possessing drug paraphernalia.

On December 31, deputies arrested 52-year-old Michelle Marie Waldhauser of Orient for Domestic Assault, causing Bodily Injury and Going Armed with Intent.
