(Griswold) Griswold Schools Superintendent Dave Henrichs opened his report last week with an open teaching position.
Henrichs shared with the board he has drafted next year’s School Calendar. A hearing will be held on the draft at the January meeting and act. Additionally, Henrichs reported the results of the district’s vulnerability study.
Up to $50,000 per school building will be made available through the School Safety Improvement Fund for schools to implement recommended safety measure capital improvements identified through the vulnerability assessment.
The Griswold School District receives $100,000 to be divided evenly between the elementary and high school buildings.
