(Griswold) Iowa House District #18 Representative Tom Moore of Griswold says Iowa lawmakers need to end the “Health Care Emergency Act” when the Iowa Legislature convenes in January. Moore says they need to complete this because of the federal government’s current grip on them.
As a condition of receiving a temporary 6.2 percentage point Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) increase under the FFCRA, states have been required to maintain enrollment of nearly all Medicaid enrollees.
