(Des Moines, IA) — Emergency food assistance benefits are available for eligible Iowa families. The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services announced two additional Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) programs Monday, saying they will give 391-dollars per child to families who qualify.
