Woodbine’s bright spots statistically in Week 1 included freshman QB Brodyn Pryor completing 19 passes for 283 yards. Cameron Cline caught ten ball for 170 yards and a score. Cline also intercepted two passes on defense. CAM coach Barry Bower says, “They have a dynamic passing attack. They might be younger, but I have all the respect in the world for coach Crook and what he does and his staff. They are good guys. We have to make sure we are well prepared for the passing game.”
CAM came out on top 76-20 when these teams played last year. The Cougars have come out on top in four of the last five meetings.
