(Anita) CAM Schools Superintendent Paul Croghan says the district continues have teacher shortages in high school math, special education, and elementary education.
Croghan commends the administration for all of their hard work. Croghan says the administration has done all they can to hire the best candidates and continue to work on it.
According to University.com, the top ten states with the highest staffing issues are; 1. California, 2. Nevada, 3. Washington, 4. Arizona, 5. Hawaii, 6. Indiana, 7. Washington D.C., 8. Virginia, 9. Nebraska, and 10. Montana.
While schools face this difficult challenge, it also means plenty of career opportunities for people wanting to teach.
