(Audubon) Jaci Christensen is this year’s Audubon County Fair Queen.
“It means a lot to me because I’m continuing our tradition of being at the fair with my family every year. This year I am excited especially because I’m a senior.”
The nine year member of the Leroy Leaders club admits it’s been a goal of hers for a long time. “Ever since I was little I’ve wanted to be up there on the stage in a pretty dress and get that crown on my head.”
In addition to all the responsibilities of being the queen, Christensen will also be showing two goats and a market steer at the Audubon County Fair.
