(Cass Co.) The Cass County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday approved a resolution consenting to the issuance of Solid Waste Facilities Revenue Capital Loan Notes not to exceed $194,082 by the Cass County Environmental Control Agency.
Cass County Supervisor Steve Green explained that they are entering the process of closing the physical portion of the landfill.
Green said this particular portion is to pay for the planning the engineers have to do.
This resolution will also have to be passed by every town in the County.
In other activity, the Supervisors approved a motion to pay the bill for the Hitchcock House roof repair up to the amount up to $40,000.
The Supervisors then certified base salaries of deputies of county offices and approve the compensation for ‘other employees.
