(Anita) Addison Brink, of Riverside, finished among the top six individuals in a Regional Final in Anita to qualify for state in golf.
She shot a round of 89 at Crestwood Hills on Wednesday to advance as the third place individual finisher. Avery Dowling, of Sidney, won the tournament with a 79 and Ava Hughes, of St. Albert, was the runner-up with an 80. Also advancing as an individual is Boyer Valley’s McKenzie Dumbaugh with a 93.
Team champion Akron-Westfield shot a 378. The other team spot was claimed by St. Albert with their 383.
