(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports four arrests.
Paula Kathryn Koester, age 34, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for service on May 2nd. Koester was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with Theft 5th.
Madison Marie Hansen, age 22, of Elk Horn, was arrested following a traffic stop on May 7th. Hansen was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with Driving While Suspended.
Jayden Halbert Christian Fleming, age 19, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop on May 9th. Fleming was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Violation of a No Contact Order.
Madisyn Alyssa Hansen, age 25, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop on May 9th. Hansen was transported to Shelby County Jail where she was charged with Violation of a No Contact Order.
