(Page Co.) The Page County Sheriff’s Office arrested Christopher Allen Spangler, 43, of rural Shenandoah, this morning on a Page County warrant for a Controlled Substance Violation, Failure to Affix Drug Tax Stamp, and Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine. Spangler was booked into the Page County Jail as he was unable to post the $16,000 bond. The warrant stems from an investigation conducted by the Page County Sheriff’s Office.
A charge is merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
