(Cass Co) The Cass County Auditor’s Office released an update on filings today.
Jay W Mez, Republican, has filed papers for Cass County Attorney.
As we previously reported today, Vanessa E Strazdas (Incumbent), Republican, has filed for County Attorney; and Wendy Richter, Republican, has filed for District 3 Board of Supervisors.
The Auditor’s Office says they still have no candidates for the following offices for the General Election:
Agricultural Extension – 5 positions
Soil & Water Conservation – 2 positions
Edna Township Trustee – 2 positions
Union Township Trustee – 1 position
Hospital Trustee – 4 positions
Hospital Trustees, Soil & Water Conservation and Ag Extension have until August 31, at 5:00 p.m. to file. All others must filed by this Friday, March 25, at 5:00 p.m.
