Mills County Sheriff’s Report

(Mills Co.) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports ten arrests from November 5^th through November 8^th.

Bobby Brice Horn, 33, of Maryville, Missouri, was arrested November 5^th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $7,500.

Ronnie Lee Fuller, 53, of Clarinda, was arrested November 5^th for OWI 1^st. Bond was set at $1,000.

Adam Dennis Letts, 21, of Emerson, was arrested November 6^th for Driving While Barred. Bond was set at $2,000.

Ashly Nichole Morgan, 30, of Council Bluffs, was arrested November 7^th for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,300.

Tyler Eldon Buckner, 32, of Emerson, was arrested November 8^th for Theft 3^rd. Bond was set at $2,000.

James Isaiah Donevley McFarland, 32, of Council Bluffs, was arrested November 8^th on a warrant out of Pottawattamie County for Flight to Avoid Prosecution. McFarland was held on no bond.

Vicki Kay Delezene, 59, of Council Bluffs, was arrested November 8^th for Controlled Substance Violation and Failure to Affix Drug Stamp. Bond was set at $30,000.

Jackie Lee Ward, 66, of Council Bluffs, was arrested November 8^th for Controlled Substance Violation and Failure to Affix Drug Stamp. Bond was set at $30,000.

Tyanna Karee Monrreal Robles, 37, of Council Bluffs, was arrested November 8^th for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,300.

Thomas James Petrzilka Jr., 36, of Council Bluffs, was arrested November 8^th for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $2,000.
