(Creston) Creston Police arrested three people on burglary and drug possession charges.
Police arrested 34-year old Anthony Michael Atkins, 51-year old Misty Joan McKinney, and 29-year old Casey Ray Welcher, all of Creston at 803 W. Adams Street.
Police charged McKinney with 3rd-degree burglary, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Providing False Identification Information, and Welcher is charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Burglary 3rd, and Providing False Identification Information. Officers charged Atkins with 3rd -degree burglary. Authorities held Welcher on a $7,000 cash bond, McKinney on a $5,6000 cash bond, and Atkins on a $5,000 cash bond.
* Police arrested 32-year old Seth Michael Thompson, 37-year old Joshua Mark Magistretti, and 31-year old Brooke Lee West, all of Omaha.
Thompson faces charges of possession of controlled substance 3rd Offense, Possession of a Controlled substance 3rd offense (marijuana), with intent to manufacture and deliver, Possession of Controlled substance 3rd offense (marijuana), Conspiring with the intent to manufacture/provide meth under 5 grams, and Possession of a Firearm or Offensive Weapon by a Felon. Officers transported Thompson to the Union County jail and held him on a $37,000 cash or surety bond. Authorities charged Magistretti with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Officers cited and released him on a summons to appear. Authorities charged West with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and cited and released her on a summons to appear.
Police also arrested the following individuals:
*On October 24, Police arrested 39-year old Mitchell Tyler Killon of Creston in the 100 block N Elm and charged him with Killon Public Intoxication. Authorities released Killon from the Union County Jail after he pled guilty and served time.
* On October 22, Creston Police arrested 27-year old Patrick Riley Iiams at the Law Enforcement Center for Possession of Controlled Substance-Marijuana 1st Offense and a Probation Violation on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance a Serious Misdemeanor. Officers transported Iiams to the Union County Jail and held him on a $1,000 cash bond.
*On October 22, Seamus Donohue Reese, 20, Minnesota, was arrested at Creston/Union County Law Enforcement Center. Reese faces charges of Possession of Controlled Substance, Marijuana 1st Offense, Drug Paraphernalia, Conspire with Intent to Deliver. Authorities released Reese from the Union County Jail on a $2300 bond.
*On October 22, Creston Police arrested 20-year old Seamus Donohue Reese of Minnesota at the Creston/Union County Law Enforcement Center for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Marijuana, 1st Offense, Drug Paraphernalia, and Conspiring with the Intent to Deliver. Reese posted the $2,300 bond and was released.
*On October 23, Police arrested 32-year old William Albert Bethke, IV, of Creston with Public Intoxication, 1st Offense, and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Authorities released Bethke from the Union County Jail on a $2,300 bond.
