(Atlantic) On Monday evening, on 95.7 FM, and live-streamed on westerniowatoday.com, the four Atlantic Mayoral candidates responded to questions about their vision for the City, jobs, housing, property taxes, and more.
Grace Garrett, Pat McCurdy, Kathy Somers, and Tim Teig are running for the open seat on November 2. All four candidates have experience in city government. McCurdy is currently representing the third ward, Garrett sits on the Council representing one of the two at-large seats, Somers is the second ward Councilperson, and Tim Teig is a former Mayor of Atlantic.
The candidates had this to say when asked, how would you lead the City in keeping property taxes in check, without falling behind in the cities infrastructure.
