(Davenport, IA) — A Davenport man is accused of the sexual abuse of a 12-year-old boy. Jason R. Heider was booked into the Scott County Jail Thursday.
Investigators say the abuse happened last January. They say Heider abused the victim while another person took pictures. Messages of his cell phone reportedly included admissions of abuse.
The 45-year-old Heider is charged with felony sexual abuse which is punishable by up to 25 years in prison.
