(Atlantic) Atlantic City Administrator John Lund is reaching out to Viking Pyrotechnics to handle the fireworks display on Monday, July 4, 2022.
Lund says while the initial plan involved supporting local vendors to run the show, he isn’t comfortable choosing between the two, and they aren’t licensed to put on a Class B Show.
It appeared the consensus of the City Council is to hire Viking Pyrotechnics to conduct a 20-minute show for around $10,000.
After receiving complaints, the Council began looking for another vendor that last year’s fireworks display was too short.
Lund will contact Viking Pyrotechnics today and try and book them for Monday, July 4, 2022.
