(Mills Co.) Five people were arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and other charges in Mills County.
The Mills County Sheriff’s Office says Melissa Louise Gammell, 40, Homeless, was arrested Tuesday for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $25,000.
Brian True Richards, 51, of Council Bluffs, was arrested Monday for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving under Suspension, and No Valid Driver’s License. Bond was set at $1,300.
Jennifer Lynette Brokman, 46, Homeless, was arrested Monday for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,300.
Chad Michael Gerren, 39, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested Sunday for Felon in Control of Firearm, Possession of Burglary Tools, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000.
Heidi Ann Dockery, 46, Homeless, was arrested Sunday for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,300.
In other activity, Dylan Seth Harris, of Malvern, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $2,000.
Robert Lee Bopp, 41, of Shenandoah, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant out of Montgomery County for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $20,000.
Rick Allan Smith, 35, of Malvern, was arrested Sunday for OWI 1st. Bond was set at $1,000.
Danny Santacruz, 29, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested Sunday for OWI 1st and Contraband in a Correctional Institution. Bond was set at $5,000.
Mallorie Marie Blum, 37, of Glenwood, was arrested Saturday for OWI 1st. Bond was set at $1,000.
Nicholas James Nelson, 36, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested June 30th for Attempted Burglary 3rd. Bond was set at $2,000.
Gurardo Garcia Gutierrez, 22, of Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested June 30th for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $15,000.
