(Guthrie Center) The City of Guthrie Center, in partnership with MSA Professional Services, Inc., is hosting a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony at the community’s new Aquatic Center Pool House on Saturday, June 19.
The event marks the completion of the new 3,000-square-foot Pool House with concessions, bathroom/shower facilities for the aquatic center, and public-facing restrooms for the park.
MSA provided the architectural design and the site/civil, structural, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC engineering projects.
Accurate Commercial LLC constructed the building, and the funding came from a GO Bond.
The Grand Opening starts at 11:00 a.m. with remarks by community and project partners, a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11:15 a.m., and an open house from 11:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
