Atlantic 11, Harlan 7 (9 innings)
Madison Botos, Lauren Nicholas, Caroline Pellett, Olivia Engler, and Jada Jensen all had two hits for Atlantic. Nicholas and Alyssa Derby each doubled. Olivia Engler threw all nine innings and allowed nine hits, three earned runs, two walks, and struck out 15. Harlan got two hits including a triple and two RBI from Jordan Heese. Emily Brouse threw 8 2/3 innings and struck out eight batters. Harlan held a 4-0 lead until Atlantic scored five in the 6th. The Cyclones answered back in the bottom of the inning to tie it. Atlantic got six runs in the top of the 7th.
Griswold 16, SW Valley 6
The Tigers are 9-0. Anna Kelley drove in six runs on three hits including a double. McKenna Wiechman went 3/4 while Haylee Pennock, Karly Millikan, and Makenna Askeland all had two hits. Askeland finished with three RBI.
Earlham 8, Exira-EHK 5
Quinn Grubbs hit a single and a double. Macy Emgarten had two hits including a two run single in the 1st and an RBI double in the 3rd. Seven of the eight runs Exira-EHK gave up were unearned.
Audubon 13, Tri-Center 1
The Wheelers got the offense going early with four runs in the 1st and four more in the 2nd. Jordan Porsch hit two doubles and drove in four runs. Katelyn Nielsen was 2/3 with three RBI. Sydney Beymer also had two hits. Alexis Obermeier threw all five innings allowing four hits, one walk, and striking out six.
AHSTW 13, IKM-Manning 1
The Lady Vikes had seven hits and drew 10 walks. Grace Porter had two hits, Ally Meyers drove in three runs, and Graycen Partlow walked three times. Meyers pitched the win allowing two hits and no walks with four K’s. AHSTW has won six of their last seven conference games.
Mount Ayr 12, Nodaway Valley 9
Nodaway Valley led 7-0 through three, but Mount Ayr posted a six run 4th and took the lead for good with a four run 5th. Maddax DeVault went 4/5 with two RBI. Jorja Holliday posted three hits including a double and drove in four runs. Lindsey Davis had two hits and two RBI.
