(Anita) A Logan, Iowa woman suffered injuries in a two-vehicle accident north of Anita.
The Iowa State Patrol says the accident happened at around 2:29 p.m. on Thursday. Authorities say 58-year old Kristi Lynn Hildreth of Logan was injured in the crash,
According to the report, a southbound 2010 Honda Civic traveling on Highway 148 north of Boone Road and driven by Alexis Debra Dietz-Noel conducted a U-turn on Boone Road to head back north on Highway 148. A 2016 Mazda 6 Grand Touring and driven by Hildreth traveling a safe distance behind the Honda Civic tried unsuccessfully to avoid the collision by crossing the centerline on Highway 148 and struck the Honda Civic.
Anita Rescue transported Hildreth to Cass Health for treatment of unknown injuries. Alexis Debra-Dietz Noel was not hurt.
