(Atlantic) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports four arrests.
Two individuals from Des Moines were arrested Saturday. 55-year-old Tina Maria Hofer and 58-year-old LeRoy Dean McFadden are each charged with a Controlled Substance Violations and Failure to Affix Drug Stamp. Hofer also faces an OWI 1st Offense charge. McFadden was additionally charged with a Firearm Violation.
43-year-old James McIntyre, of Harlan, was arrested Tuesday on a Cass County warrant for Violation of a No Contact Order.
On Wednesday, 42-year-old Glen Wolverton, of Atlantic was charged with Simple Assault.
