(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 18-year old Morgan Jo Bissell of Red Oak on Tuesday for Possession of Marijuana, 1^st Offense, and Interference with Officials Acts. Officers transported Bissell to the Montgomery County Jail and held her on a $1,000 bond.
